    Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez

    Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez are the Oscar, Grammy, and Emmy winning, married songwriting team behind the Disney animated films, Frozen and Frozen 2. Together they also wrote the Oscar winning song “Remember Me” from Pixar’s Coco, as well as songs for Marvel’s WandaVision (Emmy Award win for “Agatha All Along”) and its spin-off series Agatha All Along (Emmy Award nomination for “The Ballad of the Witches’ Road”). They adapted Frozen for the Broadway stage and are co-creators of the Hulu original series Up Here. Robert co-conceived and co-wrote the hit musicals Avenue Q and The Book of Mormon, both earning him Tony Awards. Kristen’s show In Transit made history as the first all a cappella musical to run on Broadway after an award-winning Off-Broadway run. Lopez and Anderson-Lopez have written for television, film and stage, including Finding Nemo: The Musical; songs for “The Wonder Pets” (two Emmy Award wins) and the Winnie the Pooh animated film. They are currently working on the musical adaptation of The Princess Bride. Lopez and Anderson-Lopez both serve on the Dramatists Guild Council.  Graduates of Yale University and Williams College, respectively, they now reside in Brooklyn with their family.

  • Sarah Alsaidi

    With a doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University, Sarah brings deep clinical training and research experience to her coaching work. She partners with professionals who feel blocked by perfectionism, internal pressure, unclear goals, conflict, or emotional overwhelm. She also supports leaders navigating demanding roles who want to communicate with more clarity, compassion, and effectiveness.

    Sarah also designs and facilitates trainings on executive functioning, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, feedback, identity, and communication for organizations and professional teams. As co-author of Microinterventions, she is recognized for her work in identity, cultural competence, and behavior change. She has delivered workshops and keynote presentations on Microinterventions and strategies to interrupt everyday bias.

    Sarah helps clients not only understand what’s holding them back, but redesign the internal systems that move them forward.

  • Elena Arecco-Bridgmon

    Elena Arecco Bridgmon, PCC, is an executive coach and leadership consultant with deep expertise in building strong teams and driving organizational growth. As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of LUMO, she ensures top-tier quality of service, yielding a 90% client retention rate.

    With a background in HR at Bank of America, she has a keen understanding of risk, compliance, and people development. Over her eight-year coaching career, Elena has partnered with leaders across professional services, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare—including Discover Financial Services (now Capital One), Deloitte, Accenture, Blackstone, Grainger, Ferguson, and Sedgwick. Within these organizations, she has coached attorneys, HR and finance professionals, accountants, and risk and technology leaders.

She is also happily married to her own “in-house” attorney for 23 years.

    Whittney is the Founder and Lead Coach at Whittney Beard Coaching. She is a former BigLaw lawyer turned coach with a Master Certified Coach credential through the ICF. As a coach, she’s supported hundreds of lawyers at every stage of their careers. She also helped design and launch an industry-standard, ICF-accredited coach training program specifically for coaching lawyers. At Whittney Beard Coaching, she supports law firm executives and emerging leaders through coaching, as well as teams and cohorts through workshops and peer coaching.

    Rachael Bosch is the founder and CEO of Fringe Professional Development and a recognized thought leader in workplace communication and leadership development. After more than a decade in legal talent management, she founded Fringe to help professionals navigate complex interpersonal challenges and turn communication into a catalyst for performance, growth, and stronger cultures. Under her leadership, Fringe has grown into a nationally recognized provider of practical, fun, and high-impact training and coaching for professional service organizations. Rachael is also the creator of Candorly, a feedback platform designed to help coaches, teams, and organizations move beyond performance and into real, actionable people-focused feedback.     An executive coach himself, Tim's leadership in the field is globally recognized. He is an internationally sought-after speaker and serves on the AI Coaching Coalition of North America. He was one of eight experts selected for the International Coaching Federation's Global Taskforce on AI, helping to shape industry standards around the use of AI.

    His innovative work includes founding the nonprofit EPOG Academy, which developed PowerPath, an AI-powered coaching system designed to bridge guidance gaps in education, and Lead Consultant on Project BEACON, a $3M National Institute of Health (NIH) study measuring the impact of coaching for underrepresented biomedical PhD students.

  • Leslie Hom

    Leslie leads an independent executive coaching practice working with law firm leaders and senior attorneys who are navigating the gap between technical excellence and actual leadership. A former litigator and Master Certified Coach (MCC), she's coached over 1,000 leaders globally—which means she's seen every version of "I'm great at the law, why is managing people so hard?" and "I know I should be building my book, but I am not sure about networking." Her work focuses on helping leaders build the kind of teams people actually want to be on and develop client relationships that don't feel forced or transactional—using approaches grounded in how lawyers actually work, not how leadership books say they should. With 15+ years in the field, Leslie has learned that real transformation happens not in the big proclamations but in the small, sustainable shifts that survive a busy practice. She specializes in making leadership development and business development practical, personalized, and possible even when you're buried in billable work.

    Sang J. Lee

    Sang Lee is an advisor for global law firms who brings decades of experience across law practice, coaching, consulting, and organizational development to her work at Volta. Upon retirement from law practice, Sang launched and led one of New York’s premiere legal recruitment firms (2004 - 2020). She launched Thine, an assessment platform for lawyers, and Tandem, a lawyer coaching and consulting platform. In 2019, she launched – and still leads the faculty of – Volta Coach Training, the only academy accredited by the International Coaching Federation ("ICF") for lawyer coaching. She served on the inaugural Diversity Council of the Practising Law Institute (PLI) and is on the Board of the Children's Law Center of New York. She is certified as a Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.

  • Kyle Long

    Kyle is a member of the professional development team at Husch Blackwell, a nationwide AmLaw 100 commercial law firm, where he focuses on developing leaders. He provides professional coaching, partners with leaders to foster collaboration and efficiency across their teams, and facilitates a variety of trainings ranging from emotional intelligence to communication, building relationships, effective management, and more to employees across the firm.

    He lives in South Denver. Outside of work, Kyle serves as co-chair of the Board of Directors at The Center on Colfax, Denver’s LGBTQ+ resource and producer of Denver Pride, and teaches weekly yoga sculpt classes at CorePower Yoga. Additionally, he is earning his Master’s in Organizational Leadership from CSU Global and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

    Dominique Mas

    Dominique is the founder at Group Coaching HQ. She is fueled by her 17-year career in educational leadership, and passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups. She was a teacher trainer for the International Baccalaureate and a school leader in top rated international schools.

    After moving into coaching, she spent three years helping build a global startup focused on group coaching. As Head of Coaching and Curriculum, Dominique created group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations that want to invest in their people. She has also advised companies on building their own internal group coaching programs and trained hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching.

    She holds a M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC, Certified Mentor Coach, Team Development Essentials Certified coach, Hogan Assessments Certified Coach and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach.

  • Cat Moon

    Caitlin "Cat" Moon serves as founding co-director of the Vanderbilt AI Law Lab (VAILL) and co-directs the Program on Law and Innovation (PoLI) at Vanderbilt Law School. In these roles, she co-designs the technology and innovation curriculum for the JD program. She also founded the Summit on Law and Innovation (SoLI), which brings together experts across legal, technology, and other disciplines in collaborative legal innovation projects. Professor Moon currently teaches the VAILL Practicum, Legal Problem Solving, Law as a Business, Legal Operations, Leading in the Law, Data in Law Practice, AI in Law Practice, and Designing a Life in the Law.

    Professor Moon’s current academic research on AI in law practice centers on how legal professionals can use AI and other technologies to innovate the delivery of legal services. For over a decade, she has been studying the 21st-century competencies for legal professionals in combination with lawyer thriving and achieving true diversity and inclusion across the profession. She is a co-creator of the Delta Model for lawyer competency and Design Your Delta, a playbook for holistic professional development grounded in human-centered design principles and methods.

    In addition to her Vanderbilt teaching roles, Professor Moon works with law firms, legal departments, legal aid organizations, and law schools globally to bring a human-centered design perspective to re-imagining the delivery of legal services, lawyer formation, and inclusion across the profession. She regularly speaks and facilitates workshops across the United States and globally on the application of human-centered design and technology to realize innovation in both the legal profession and legal education.

    Professor Moon is a Fellow and Trustee of the College of Law Practice Management and serves on the advisory board for the Justice Tech Association, Legal Aid of North Carolina’s Innovation Lab, and the MIT Computational Law Report. Professor Moon received the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services’ Janice M. Holder Award in 2017, recognizing her work in creating access to justice solutions through legal hackathons. She has been recognized in the inaugural class (2016) of ABA’s Women of Legal Tech and by Fastcase 50. Professor Moon also is a co-organizer of Music City Legal Hackers, part of the global Legal Hackers community.

  • Michelle Nash

    Michelle Nash is the Director of Learning and Development at Hogan Lovells, where she leads the firm’s global partner and leadership development programs. She is focused on bringing innovative and impactful learning methodologies to the legal industry, including live and computer- based business simulations, hackathons, and thinking labs. Michelle has written numerous articles, contributed to several books, and co- authored Learning from Law Firm Leaders (ABA). She is a regular presenter at national conferences and teaches about leadership and innovation at several law schools. Michelle holds a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Development from American University and graduate certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, Bringing Innovation Into Your Organization from UCLA, and Exercising Leadership from HarvardX.

    Sarah Olin, PCC is a leading voice in professional coaching and organizational transformation for working parents and caregivers. With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, ICF credentials, seven years as a coach trainer with Accomplishment Coaching, and training from renowned leaders including Dr. Brené Brown, she brings deep expertise to her work.

    As co-founder of LUMO—an organization helping progressive companies support employees transitioning to working parenthood—she has coached executives across industries including the United Nations, Verizon, NBA, Google, Calvin Klein, and several AmLaw 100 law firms over her 12-year career as a leadership coach. Sarah has written for Fast Company, Nasdaq, and MIT Sloan Management Review.

  • Dena Paris

    Dena Paris is a seasoned global leader, executive coach, and human resources professional.  She is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received her coaching accreditation and training at Columbia University.  Over her multi-decade career, she has led global teams and functions within the professional services industry and developed deep expertise in coaching, leadership development, HR, and talent management. In 2019 she created an internal executive coaching COE within her organization where she and her team deliver individual, group and team coaching.  Dena is passionate about the impact coaching can have on individuals and systems and strives to find ways to amplify that impact.  When not working or spending time with family and friends, she seeks out learning opportunities and life experiences that expand her thinking and understanding of the world and the people within it.   

  • Mojdeh Pourmahram

    Mojdeh Pourmahram is the Head of Coaching at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a large law firm headquartered in New York City. After practicing corporate law for several years, she realized she was more interested in the people around her than the legal work. She followed that interest and moved into learning and development and eventually, coaching. Mojdeh helped build  the coaching program at her firm and in 2022, became the firm's first full-time internal coach.

    Mojdeh is an ICF-certified coach and member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches. She also co-chairs Forefront, an annual program that helps accelerate the development of the next-generation of leaders in coaching and talent development. Mojdeh holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from The University of Texas. 

  • Jennifer Rakstad

    Jennifer Rakstad is the Americas Senior Learning & Development Manager at White & Case, where she works closely with a global team and leads the Learning & Development function in the Americas region and professional skills training for lawyers and business services professions. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in talent development and eight years as a practicing attorney in AmLaw 100 firms. Jennifer is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation – certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching – and oversees the White & Case Coaching Office, which provides coaching to lawyers and business services professionals globally. Jennifer has developed and delivered training programs for lawyers and firm clients in the U.S. and globally. Jennifer is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment and MBTI and developed an innovative global group coaching program for senior associates focused on career and business development.  As a recognized thought leader, Jennifer is a frequent writer and presenter on a wide range of professional development topics, including at the NALP and PDI education conferences.
