This inaugural coaching conference is designed for the professional development of coaches in the legal industry. It will bring together a talented and highly accomplished community of professionals who are dedicated to the advancement of coaching as a support modality that empowers and transforms lawyers. LCC offers attendees the opportunity to share best practices with other lawyer coaches, develop new coaching skills, sharpen their coaching tools, and discuss trending topics in coaching and in the legal industry.
The conference will kick off on February 3 at 8:30 am and all programming will end at approximately 5 pm, followed by a networking reception. Centrally located above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of accommodations nearby for locals and those traveling in for the event.

LCC will be held in the iconic MetLife Building, located at 200 Park Avenue in New York City. Sitting atop Grand Central Terminal (GCT), the conference is centrally located for anyone in the New York metropolitan area, and easily accessible for visitors.
Accommodations near GCT are abundant, and a list of recommended hotels are available on the FAQs page.
The gorgeous Skyline Meeting + Event space includes a full lounge, private conference rooms, boardrooms, an all-day cafe, and an open-air terrace (in the event of a warm February day).

Located above Grand Central, 200 Park is convenient for locals and those traveling in for the conference. The conference will take place in the Skyline Meetings + Event Space. In the lobby, there will be people waiting to guide you to the correct elevator bank. Your name will be added to a list, so once you check in with the attendee, please come right up.

There is a valet parking garage available on site. The entrance is on the 200 Park Ave Viaduct. Driving directions vary depending on your approach. Be sure to use the correct zip code (10166) in your GPS.
While parking is available, we also recommend using ride share apps or Taxis, or public transportation. Grand Central is served by subway lines, the Metro-North Railroad, and the LIRR.
