We expect around 300 lawyer coaches (in-house and independent) to attend. Whether you are a coach at a law firm, embedded in a law school or corporate team, part of a coaching organization, or an independent coach, you are welcome to attend the conference. The audience will consist of aspiring coaches, new coaches, coaches who offer their services “off the side of their desks”, and more experienced coaches (ACC, PCC, and MCC).

You'll connect with fellow lawyer coaches, develop new coaching skills, discover coaching tools, share experiences, and discuss trending topics in coaching and the legal industry. Don't miss the opportunity for community with the incredible lawyer coach community. 

We know how important CCE is to coaches as they aim to receive their ACC credential, renew their credential, and progress. We are in the process of becoming CCE-accredited through the ICF to support coaches as they navigate the ICF and their credentials. We will have additional details ahead of the conference, including how many CCE hours the conference will qualify for and other helpful details.

We are in the process of finalizing hotel blocks at a variety of hotels for optionality. If you would like to book outside of the hotel blocks, we recommend staying in Midtown close to Rockefeller Center. Business Casual/Smart Casual attire is recommended for the conference. Please feel free to bring layers for varying room temperatures.
